Membawa cita rasa yang unik dan otentik, Padang Payakumbuah Kemang siap memanjakan para pecinta masakan khas Minang selama 18 jam setiap harinya. Grand opening berlangsung meriah dengan rangkaian parade mobil, tari piring dan tari pasambahan khas Sumatera Barat.
Sebelumnya, masyarakat sudah diberi “bocoran” pembukaan Rumah Makan Padang Payakumbuah Kemang melalui pawai penari piring dengan pakaian adat Minang pada pekan lalu di kawasan Thamrin – Sudirman dalam Car Free Day.
“Padang Payakumbuah bukanlah rumah makan Minang biasa, sebab saya membangunnya dengan visi dan misi yang serius yakni untuk mengharumkan dan memperkenalkan hidangan Sumatera Barat agar disambut hangat masyarakat tanpa mengubah rasa aslinya,” ungkap Arief Muhammad.
“Cabang ketujuh di Kemang ini tentu istimewa sebab saya bermitra dengan sahabat saya, Gilang W. Pramana alias Juragan 99 yang energinya tak pernah habis dalam berbisnis. Dengan dibukanya Padang Payakumbuah Kemang, semoga makin banyak yang mengenal dan jatuh cinta kepada cita rasa khas Minang.”
Di tengah banyaknya rumah makan padang yang menjamur di berbagai sudut dengan beragam kelas, tahun lalu Arief Muhammad memantapkan langkah untuk membuka Padang Payakumbuah untuk pertama kalinya di Ciater – BSD.
